Reliable Deliveries Corp has been Niagara’s on-call commercial courier since 1999. For 27 years our drivers have moved automotive parts, medical specimens, industrial materials, and time-sensitive B2B shipments across St. Catharines, Niagara Falls, Welland, Thorold, Grimsby and into the Hamilton and GTA corridor. Meet the Owners
I left the corporate world the day I turned 49, ready to build something of my own in financial services. Early traction was real, but by 2019 the ground was shifting for small, relationship-based businesses like mine, and when the 2020 shutdowns hit, sitting down face-to-face with clients wasn’t possible. Nobody wanted to talk finances when they were worried about their next paycheque.
To keep things going, I started delivering pizzas. I’d spent 25 years loving the drive as part of my old career, so this felt familiar, just faster.

My wife Judy put me in touch with the owner of Reliable Deliveries around that time. Two years later, she was ready to retire and asked if I wanted to buy the business. I did.
Since then, we’ve spent every year fine-tuning what Reliable Deliveries does best. Judy left her own corporate career too – she runs the finances and still gets out on the road for deliveries, because neither of us can stay away from the feeling of handing someone exactly what they needed, right when they needed it.
That’s the whole philosophy here: get it there fast, and get it there right. Thirty-minute pickup, direct to the destination, no sorting facility, no guesswork. We’re not trying to be the biggest courier in Niagara. We’re trying to be the one you never have to think twice about.
